Inclusion criteria Age: >18 years, able to give informed consent + co-operate during laser procedure First acute attack of phacomorphic angle closure Intraocular pressure >40 mmHg
Exclusion criteria Treatment received prior to study Corneal opacity preventing laser treatment to peripheral iris Uncooperative patients Single-eyed patients
