Bootstrap times to reach h
and f convergence Simulation study is used
to show convergence condition for estimating h and f. The data set is composed 50 SNPs and 1,000
subjects. For 50 SNPs, there are 1225 pairs, and PB = min (1000,
P) = 1000. In each round, the coefficient of variation (Cv)
can be calculated by dividing standard deviation of h by its mean, to measure
the standardized dispersion of the estimates. This quantity is plotted
against the size of B, as follows: From
the plot, a convergence is reached after B= 200, when Cv
is less than 1.5% and steadily decrease.
