For patient focus group, the inclusion criteria includes: 1. HK citizens with the HK Identity Card

Aged 18 or above on the date of attendance

Able to listen and speak Cantonese

Able to understand the interview (as judged by the interviewer)

Able to give informed consent.

For doctor focus group, junior doctors (5 years within graduation)

Whose job includes consultation of old cases in LKS medical outpatient clinic
