1. Age ≥ 65 years old
2. Clinical diagnosis of MCI
3. Homocysteine ≥ 10µmol/L
4. Caregiver (personal contact at least once a week)

ii Exclusion Criteria

1. Demenita
2. Hypothyroidism
3. B12 < 150 pmol/L
4. Folate < 9.5 nmol/L
5. Creatinine > 200 µmol/L
