1. mentally capable to consent
2. to receive general anesthesia ≥ 2 hours
3. ASA 1-3

ii Exclusion Criteria

1. Surgery that include wake up test
2. Patient with history of drug or alcohol abuse or chronic use of hypnotics or opioid
3. Patient with history of allergy to anesthetic drugs
